On 12th january, Saturday, we celebrated the birthay of Diego Morín (12 years old). We ate a cake in the dinner and we have celebrated it too with a fantastic trip to Galway, the big city of west of Ireland. The bus picked up us at 10:30 and it carried on us to the town centre. From here we wandered the old streets of the city and we were to museum Arts of Galway. During the trip we saw some exotic people whom I don´t find a definition (as you can see the pictures in this gallery).
The visit to the cathedral was fantastic. It´s a building very clean, large room, quiet and nice. Then we had lunch in a small park next to the river, full of seagulls.
Finally we arrived at ballyglunin, where we watched the fotographic report, video report and the last part of the film harry potter:The filosopher's Stone.
Then the supper and bed time.
PRIMERA EXCURSIÓN: GALWAY
El sábado 12 de enero celebramos el cumpleaños de Diego Morín (12). Y, además de la tarta que nos tomamos en el dinner, lo celebramos también con una magnífica excursión a Galway, la ciudad más grande del oeste de Irlanda. Nos recogió un autobús a las 10:30 y nos llevó al town centre. Desde allí recorrimos las calles más antiguas de la ciudad y nos dirigimos al museum Arts of Galway. Durante el trayecto vimos a personajes exóticos para los que no encuentro explicación (os dejo las fotografías para que lo veáis vosotros mismos).
Fue impresionante la catedral de la ciudad: amplia, limpia, silenciosa y muy cuidada. Luego nos tomamos el lunch en un pequeño parque junto a un río llenos de gaviotas. Antes de la Santa Misa (17:30) estuvimos en Salt Hill, el paseo marítimo de Galway. Hay allí un campo de hierba natural de fútbol y rugby.
A última hora del día vimos este reportaje fotográfico terminamos de ver Harry Potter I en versión original. Después el supper y a descansar.
